HypnoThoughts.com

the Free Hypnosis Social Network

I am new to hypnosis and unfortunately I have not practiced self-hypnosis as I should of. A couple of months ago I injured my back at work and was let go the day after my insurance kicked in. Now I have a bad back L-2 L-3 and no relief except cheap generic pills (No job fired, no Insurance). Any pain specialists or hypnotherapist mp-3s that can help with my understanding of self-hypnosis would be greatly appreciated . Sorry about any typos but I can only sit at the computer for a couple of minutes ata a time

Thank you Hypnothoughts people in advance

Hello Scott,

It came to mind that you might benefit from Richard Nonguard's posts here: http://www.hypnothoughts.com/forum/topics/autogenic-training-1

Richard also has a short video on his page on this site demonstrating the process. I have used it several times with clients, including one who has back pain similar to yours. My client states that the "warm and heavy" sensations are very soothing and help release spasming muscles.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery,

Kelley
