Hi everyone,

I have heard a lot about Parts Therapy since being on here and am interested in learning more - I live in Western Australia and am unable at this point to "jump on a plane" and do training in another country, with all the fees that go along with that!

Do any of you know of a good course i can do online so that i can decide if i wish to put this into practise with my clients?

I am getting really great results presently but feel that there is maybe more i can offer, or at least have more in my "bag" to offer if i need to, with the client in mind.

I am also thinking of joining Gil Boyne's Master Online course - do any of you know if Parts Therapy is part of this?????

Thanking you all again before hand,

Amber xox

Amber,
Asking this here is like dropping a worm in the middle of a school of fish. That being said, While I do offer hypnosis training online. I am not opposed to sharing techniques with a fellow hypnotist. That is what this forum is all about. Rather than begin spewing spam advertising, I'll just say, if you are interested, write me an email ;)

If you are determined to throw money at it, you may be interested in checking with Roy Hunter on here, I believe he specializes in giving this type of training.

Hi Amber,
I am from Australia also residing on the east coast. My hypnotherapy training was adequate for parts therapy however Roy Hunters book on Parts therapy was a great resource and support for me.

Hypnosis for Inner Conflict Resolution:
Introducing Parts Therapy

If you have not read it, it maybe a good starting point before the courses ;-)

Hope this helps,

Thanx Michael, Cynthia and John,

I went to the other discussion and have gotten all the details down... since i haven't had people throwing course details at me, are there not many on Parts Therapy then????

Fascinating,

Amber,
Actually, it is just a small part of the techniques and interventions presented in most of the hypnotherapy courses that are available out there, (just as it is in the trance solutions course I offer) and not just a single course unto itself. This is why I offered to share the technique with you rather than try and charge you for it.

Thanx John, and very much appreciated xox I have copied the info from the other discussion that you started. I found out that this is offered in the next course i would have taken but have chosen not to go through that company again.

Hi Amber,

I just returned from being out of town for several days. If you emailed me before November 27th, then it is possible that it was among the emails that were lost from my system. Please feel free to re-send it.

You may be interested in knowing that several professionals from the Perth area are trying to make it possible for me to come to Perth in October of 2010 to facilitate a parts therapy training program. I will already be in Australia in early October teaching parts therapy in Brisbane.

I may consider an online training program in parts therapy later if I can find a way to make it effective. Meanwhile, consider ordering my book and/or some materials off my website.

Best wishes,
Roy Hunter, M.S., FAPHP

Hi
You should look up your countryman Gordon Emmerson who teaches Ego State therapy

warm regards

Gordon Emmerson's work is based on the work of Watkins and Watkins, whom he credits just as I give credit to Charles Tebbetts. In fact, Emmerson's EGO STATE THERAPY (2003, Crown House Publishing) is an outstanding book, which I recommend in all of my parts therapy workshops.

I had the privilege of meeting Gordon Emmerson personally in March of 2007 while teaching parts therapy in Melbourne. He is a man of high integrity, who genuinely cares for his clients.
