Hi Peter,

 

Congratulations on exploring self hypnosis!  It can be really frustrating when you don't get the results you expect.  I recommend that you change your approach and become curious about the result you got instead of getting frustrated.  Try different approaches to the problem.  The 7 path model is not the only approach to self-hypnosis.  Try a different one.  Try sending an image to your subconscious and see what image you get back.  As you get better at self-hypnosis, make the movement that causes the tension while you are in hypnosis.  See if your body reacts differently.

 

Another possibility would be to visit a hypnotherapist, someone who can observe what you are doing and guide you.  You have done so much good preparation, that I am sure you would learn a lot from a professional hypnotherapist, even in the first session.

Sounds like anxiety to me. I'd go for a forgiveness exercise. And self forgiveness.

thanks for the good replies.. them have really had a good contribution on my picture around the problem.. yeah maybe thats the case.. that I wasnt deep enought to do the proper regression.. one more try sould absolutly be a good idea..
