In the meantime, while you're working on contacting Mr. Kershaw, you might try Ron Stubbs. He teaches at several community colleges here in WA (he trained me!) and might be willing to share a syllabus/tips, etc. In addition, he's a popular stage hypnotist so he has a great perspective on keeping students engaged!

I have field tested course curriculums. They're very popular because you don't have to reinvent the wheel, so to speak. They contain lecture, scripts, handouts and marketing information.
