The most enjoyable hypnosis audio experience and most beneficial one you've had and why?

I always love listening to hypnosis audios and I think I enjoy Dick Sutphens the most because they seem to be the most imaginative.
As for being effective, thats a toughie but I think I'll go with Paul Mckenna for that one.

My favorite is a track called the Guide by mentalist/magician Kenton Knepper, for some reason it pleasantly puts me out where the buses don't run. I too enjoy Dick Sutphen's delivery and tonality.
Over the past thirty years, I have listened to many Recordings, sometimes just out of interest, sometimes because I liked the style, and content, sometimes as part of learning how other people structure their work, and sometimes to get therapeutic benefit from them.

Some are very good, and all can be learned from.

I have a huge collection of hypnotic cassette recordings, CD's and Now MP3s

Some old favourites that come to mind, Barry Konikov, Bob Griswold, Dick Sutphen, Bob Condon & Carol Erickson

slightly more recent favourites, Glen Harold, Coby Zvikler,

Much more recent/current favourites. Dan Jones, Michael White ( members of this community).

I downloaded Michael White's MP3s from his website, at the bargain price of 99c each. and as some of them are 49 minutes long, and good content, that seems like remarkably good value for money to me.

Love and hugs,

Fable
.99 is ridiculously good value! I'm anxious to try the other ones you mentioned.
Seems as though Dick Sutphen is leading in the 'favourites' category!

Thanks for this topic, Devin. I've really enjoyed checking out members' favorites.
If you like Richard Bandler's voice/use of language, go to -

This is vintage Bandler. You should be able to hear all four short recordings.
Janandra,

I am listening to the first one and I'm already bedazzled :-) Thank you for this gem !

I've never listened to a brooks recording...never new that genius made recordings. In regards to Igor, I'll second that! Now we just have to get Aino over to our side ;) I know she doesn't like him because of his marketing (I don't blame her). I have a friend on the Island that has some of his DVDS..Amazing!

I usually listen to audios when I fall asleep and I think my favorites are anything by steve brooks or igor ledochowski. those seem to be the ones that work the best for me.
This has me thinking big time! What if hypnothoughts were to "feature" recordings from the members here. Basically people could upload their recordings and we could all listen to them and rate them. Then the most liked recordings could be featured on the site somehow. In my opinion this could be a big hit for hypnothoughts, and in return, give exposure for the people who made the recordings.

I suppose a good place to do that might he this group

Nice group...just joined. Fable since you are a mod, how about you suggest a new "featured" recording thing on ht?

Tom Kenyon & Paul Overman: The Ultimate Brain series.
It works with very elaborate brainwave-frequency's and very straightforward suggestions.
