Hello friends-

Have you heard of the Vertigo Induction? I have been using this induction for about 2 years now. I am referring to using this induction in my clinical office. It's not used on stage.

Some think it's a bit theatrical, but most clients love it. The key thing is, no human is immune from vertigo. So, everyone should feel the sensation that happens.

The technique involves spinning your client in a barber-like chair and then dropping them into hypnosis. It's a pleasant feeling & kind of a convincer when the client actually feels what you told them they would feel. The feeling is a nice sensation of relaxation flowing through the body.

I can explain this induction more in detail if necessary. I have not seen any chat about here, so I thought I would start a discussion.

Are you familiar with the Vertigo Induction? Do you use it? Do you like it?

Regards,

Tommy Vee

Hey John isn't this the best video ever!!! Get ready to come to one of our BBQ chapter meetings in June or July. Better yet consider being our quest presenter in July. Stay in touch, Wendy aka hypnonurse
Wendy, love the video. I am on the way to ASU, in Arkansas for a Mardi Gras Hypnosis show in a few minutes, back sometime Wednesday. Then off to Albany for a show. So. . . when in July? Let me set that aside.
I m also very exciting about your video James.....please bring in your film. Thanks

Andreas

John, The July BBQ meeting is July 7 (the second Wed). We'll be in touch way before that. Take good care, Wendy aka hypnonurse
How is exactly used this induction?
Jesus-

If you read back through this discussion, you will see the exact patter used for this induction.

It is done in a 'barber's chair" so that you can turn the client around.

I can talk more about it with you anytime.

Experiment time! Thanks for this Tommy!

I have long bouts of Vertigo and cannot stand it. Makes me very sick to my stomach, and I can tend to fall down easily when It doesn't stop, seems I always have to grab onto something so I don't fall. My own spells have lasted up to 9 months. I would imagine someone who doesn't have it truly, wouldn't mind it as an induction. However for those of us who do have it, please oh please, don't even talk about spinning. LOL

I do like hearing about different approaches (inductions) though, so Thank you!
