Hi Everyone,

I have a potential client that would like me to address an issue with warts.  Has anyone used hypnosis before to remove warts?  If so is there a script or what approach did you use?  I have some ideas of my own but am curious how it the BEST way to approach this.

Thanks Eric

My brotha Eric,
I have not used this with a client and only on myself. I used visualization while in self hypnosis or a very deep meditation. I visualized that the warts dried up and fell off leaving the area as the skin around it was. I did this on each wart. It worked on the three of them that I had on my arm and on my hand. Share with us what you did and if it worked or not. A lot of people post looking for information and do not come back and share there successes and failures.

I often guide a subject to imagine the warts as castles of an invading army. I then get them to imagine the white blood cells as the defending army, easily storming these castles and destroying. Once destroyed I guide them to imagine landscape gardners restoring the land back to its natural beauty. Hypnosis is very effective at treating warts in my experience. I Hope this help you!
Hello Erich, Bruce and Jon,

There is no Best way to approach this beyond using a tool that fits the client in front of you. You empower all of the techniques that you use-

FYI - The power of suggestion is indeed quite effective with or without conventional entrancement -- Example, I once gave a lecture on hypnosis and mind-body healing and mentioned that in Ireland and Scotland clergy members used to purchase a child's warts for a very small amount of coinage - put some food coloring on the warts and tell the child they would be around to collect their warts that night as the child slept and the warts we be gone in the morning.

Next day a man shows up at my office to thank me - He was at my talk and he spent hours thinking about the fact that a child's beliefs could put their warts into remission and he woke up this morning and his warts were gone.

My point is give the client a reason to believe that hypnosis can help and excite his or her imagination in your pre-talk and just about any technique that you chose should do it

Great point Michael.
