what is the easiest, most rapid way to cultivate a theta brain wave state

Hi everybody, its been a while but I am still kickin :o) And I am back to the best place on the planet (literally) to get the best advice on hypnosis and related topics!

I have something interesting I have come across its called theta healing.
In short healing takes place while in the theta brain wave state. ( a nicer word for hypnosis? maybe :o)
Like Hypnosis unconscious belief systems are healed or changed to achieve positive results with a new set of beliefs.
So rather than taking a patient through the whole hypnosis process (my observation only) the claims are " a theta state is achieved and thus instant healing can be achieved by a clearing process and then tested using energy testing to verify the result of the healed belief.

This is just a short description but I am very interested in comments feedback, as well as perhaps the easiest quickest process for putting yourself in a theta brain state? while standing sitting..on your head I don't care all comments welcome

Peace,
Jill

Hi Jill,

Welcome back - good to see you-

The fastest easiest way to get into theta brain wave states is to practice praying and contemplating spiritual matters and anchor those states...

I think Theta healing is wack beyond the power of suggestion and placebo effect... There is no credible scientific evidence to support the claims of its effectiveness

FYI - The brain waves that are associated with change and transformation are Gamma Waves and not Theta--

Warmest regards,

Michael E.
Don't believe everything you hear. I am a Theta Healing practitioner. It was the most useless of all the energy healing courses I have taken. Maybe Vienna can do instant healings, but if others can it would be a LOT more in demand and revolutionary than being hidden in the hills of Idaho.

That being said,

I have a theta cd that I used to listen to a lot. More for meditation purposes. I got it as a download from BrainSync.com called "Deep Insight". I used to love the state it put me in, but I did have two childhood flashbacks that I now think are false. It seemed so real, I sought out counseling for them! But I really don't think they were real, now. Still not sure.
I have to echo Michael... Long term? Retrain the brain through meditation & positive anchoring. Teach the client to reach a place of safety, love, peace & nurturing... and be able to hold that state for 15-20 minutes a day.. ideally Meditation & retraining 4hrs a week (if you really want to start seeing some powerful results!)*

As for rapid? Learn some rapid inductions. Teach them to go in a trance rapidly and quickly, and then work with the positive suggestions to help them counter the negative beliefs and find out what their results strategy is (meaning, how will they know it worked, and help them achieve those results in parallel with other forms of coaching/hypnosis).

And check in with their diet, hydration, and exercise levels. It's easy to jump straight to hypnosis without asking things like... "so... how often do you eat & what kinds of stuff are you eating? When was the last time you had a glass of water?"

Good luck!
Kaye

* NOTE: Sometimes clients who haven't had a meditation practice (and might be using something like hypnosis and coaching to try and leapfrog dealing with some unresolved emotional challenges) will start to have stuff "come up" when they take on a meditation/mindfulness practice. Let them know that if this happens that its perfectly normal and it is their unconscious finally having the space to resolve past areas (and feel their feelings) that until now they haven't had the space to deal with.
Michael thank you...as always...Great feedback! Thanks Everybody. Very interesting

The best thing about questioning this process is that it brought me back to some golden nuggets of self hypnosis that I had put in the closet (so to speak) and it prompted me to pull them out again.

Kaye, I had just recently been graced in finding a Meditation Master, Ajarn Master Sam to Teach me Loving kindness meditation. He just returned to Thailand. Definitely an influence that has blessed my Journey and has given me much to share as well.

Where ever I got it I can't remember but I have used a theta recording to help me fall asleep..... It definitely did work.

Funny thing I was on this conference listening to this guy talk about this...( I always keep am open mind) however I was for some reason feeling rather annoyed..or angry or something....just an observation. Sixth sense of no sense maybe..hehe

I also looked up a book on amazon some other guy along the same lines..one of his downloads was basically one process of taking yourself into hypnosis..funny

anyways thanks for the response ;o)

Peace,
Jill
