What is the fastest and the best way to induce somnambulism?

What is, in your opinion, the fastest and the best way to induce somnambulism? Please reply.
P.s. It doesn't have to be the same method, you can put the fastest way and also the best way, in your opinion.

I have been trying to use Hypnosis for pain control with little effect. I have been doing it both on my own and with  the help of a professional. he told me after several sessions i was not reaching a deep state of trance. I remember all of what he was saying and was able to open and close my eyes when I wanted to or when a noise occurred. I only remember a getting a heavy feeling during a couple sessions. he said we could get there but it would take many more sessions. at 200 a pop I no longer had the money for his services and now i am back on my own.  I was reading this topic on somnambulism and was wondering if it was similar to the issue i experienced when i was on fentanyl for my back. the doctor told me i was experiencing  Somnolence syndrome. I could be wide awake carrying in a conversation, watching TV or working on my PC and I would just fall asleep. sometimes it was for just a few minutes sometimes it was for hours. what I was wondering is if the two are similar could a script be tailored using the memories how it felt falling into this sleep?
Robert,
Contact me on Skype. Search for wizard_of_trance@yahoo.com. We can proceed from there
