Getting over a break up is a challenge for a lot of people. On the market there isn't really anything out there that can help a person to get through this challenge. What would it take for a product that has nlp patterns, hypnosis audios, scripts etc to help people to overcome the challenges of getting over a break up?
Collapsing anchors seems the best route...but exactly which pattern would you suggest or modification would you recommend to help people with this?
thanks!
p.s. the best ideas or suggestions will be made into a video and put on youtube with the credit going to the best suggestion. thanks again!

With Valentine's Day looming, your topic is especially timely. I use Gestalt techniques in somnambulism to get to forgiveness for the other person. I use a bunch of NLP techniques too, but the Gestalt part is the most important. I love to see the look on the client's face when the forgiveness has been done. It's beautiful!!

As for your reply, i don't know anything about Gestalt techniques in somnabulism... :( gah !
can that technique be recorded in such a way that people can use it on their own?

I thought this was going to be a therapy discussion! Seriously though, I use Gestalt techniques all the time in my office and they are VERY effective in healing broken hearts. It's beautiful!

I couldn't find the brief grief resolution though.
Would you mind talking about how you used it along with sharing more about your daughters experience?

Without a doubt, Steve Andreas's brief grief resolution (see Realpeoplepress.com) is the fastest, easiest way I have seen. My daughter was heartbroken, devastated and a basket case when her relationship to Lover Boy ended. I took her with me to interview Steve for the first Hypnosummit. He noticed she was upset (Duh! How could anyone miss it?) He asked her if he could use her as a demo subject for the interview and she agreed. Less than 20 minutes later her attitude was "Lover Boy, who?" I've used it a dozen times since then and it works like magic.
