the Free Hypnosis Social Network
I bought a book months ago with 600 nlp techniques in it and have been using some of the techniques on my self and others and i was wondering which nlp techniques do you uss with client on a regular basis?
The ones I use are swish, time line, drop through, aligning logical level, perceptual positions, submodalities, fast phobia technique, parts integration, spinning, allergy, hierarchy of values, six step reframe, anchoring, circle of excellence.
obviously not all in one session and I normally give the client a sheet with the instruction on how to do the technique so they can practice using it at home on other issues.

John: The title of the book is "the big book of nlp techniques" by shlomo vaknin.
Stephanie: I also use the spinning technique allot and find it works very effectively as a convincer and as a first step in getting a phobia to move down on a suds scale. a technique that i think you may like to use that work very well for negative self talk is to get the client to say the negative comments to them selves but put a space between the words. and each time they say the comment to put bigger and bigger spaces between the words. this works very effectivly if you also change the voice qualities.
Happy child: there are tons of places to learn nlp on line. I personally word watch videos on you tube and then go to nlpconnections.com to ask question.

The big book of nlp techniques" by shlomo vaknin is not available any more - at least in South Africa. But an update version is available: Big Book of NLP, Expanded by Shlomo Vaknin.
