Hi.  I joined this group because I am looking for a hypnotherapist in Colorado.  I have a dear friend whose 9 year old granddaughter is having a difficult time.  I attended one of the very first hypno conferences produced by this website and there was a female speaker working with children in her practice.  I believe she was from Colorado she impressed me a great deal, but I have not been in contact with her and have forgotten her name.   If there is a female hypnotherapist specializing in working with children that is in the Boulder area, I would love to pass on a referral.

I guess I need to join this group. My daughter is moving to Boulder to finish school at Naropa University so I anticipate I will be there a lot over the next couple of years. I'll be moving her out the week between Christmas and New Year's. This is the child who sleeps under a down comforter in the summer in Alabama where it gets so hot it makes Hell feel balmy. I have no clue how she will cope with the cold and snow. Wish her luck.

I just had a wonderful long working weekend in Denver and wanted to share it with you. Over the 4th of July weekend I was hired to present three workshops and a comdey hypnosis show in the Sheraton Hotel, down town Denver for the USA MENSA group. My first seminar was "Motivation Explosion" and 317 people attended. The second seminar was "Past Life Regressions" and we had 368 for that seminar. The third was a special request. The hotel had just declaired NO SMOKING in any part of the hotel so I was asked to present a "Stop Smoking" seminar. Only 98 people attended that one. Saturday night I was the headline entertainer and 2,023 people attended my Don Rice & His Parade of Stars Comedy Hypnosis Show. It was a great success and just an example of how much hypnosis has grown. The next two day I walked the 16th Street shoping area, had drinks often on the varoius patios and just talked for hours with the locals.
