the Free Hypnosis Social Network
I have posted this on the discussion area and thought I would post it here also;
Fellow hypnothoughts members,
I have a golf buddy that is a district manager for a very large insurance company and he has responsibility for 8 salesmen. He said that he has a hard time motivating his team. He said that he struggles to motivate them. He said that his salesmen spend a lot of time in the office or at home and not in front of the customer. After talking to him I think it is because of the percentage of rejection they experience that the subconsiously finds excuses to avoid the customer as to not allow for that rejection. My friend said that they are number three in the company and he feels that they can do better. They monitor their percentage and he finds that they hover around a 20% success rate. The teams that are more successful then them are at a higher percentage.
My question is for those that do the corporate motivation. What and how do you work with these people? I have in my opinion some gret ideas to offer them. Would like if you don't mind to learn from others that have experience in this venue as I would like to not make the same mistakes. He feels that some may not be receptive to just a hypnosis session and I would like to offer more than just that. Would love to hear your ideas.
