Taking some time to broaden the perspective of the issue, working from the more conceptual and progressing toward the practical working results of the idea, may provide some value.

There are, it seems, four main groups/stakeholders in the issue of engaging in hypnosis with other people (one-to-group or one-to-one). Are there others that I have not mentioned?

Groups/Stakeholders:
Consumers
“Practitioners” (those who engages in hypnosis with other people)
Certifying Organizations
Licensing/Regulative (Political) Bodies

What are the interests and functions of these groups/stakeholders?

Note: I intend to speak benignly and with honesty in regard to all group identified.
