Today while I was talking to someone at work about a dual induction that I am working on he gave me the idea of using one story, but with two different points of view!  This wasn't even something I had considered.

What about a story of a painter painting a model, and then that same story but from the models point of view.

Anyone have some ideas?

An intriguing theory! Try it out and let me know how it works :) I'm fascinating by new techniques for hypnosis

This could be quite good .... yet the different perspectives can also stand in for the different "parts" of the client. In this metaphor, for example it may have something to do with outside influences trying to shape a person (sculpture) or about using a dissociated perepective (painter) to try to fully understand a subject (model) ... and depending on the otucome you're headed for, that could be a very good thing ... or it could be more about the misrepresentation and/or lack of understandings as one tries to "capture" the other .....

I may even try it out myself .... could be a great exercise for a class.

Or a great technique to use for integrating polarities .... hmmmm .....
Watson, you never fail to amaze me :D
