Problem & Question
I cannot get Geoff Ronnings presentation on dealing with a lack of stage volunteers to play. Has anyone else had difficulty with this presentation? Also, some of the speakers have mentioned downloadable handouts. Any idea where to find these? I've emailed for help but haven't received a response.

Yes, other people have had issues with Geoff Ronning's presentation; I tried watching it only to find it wasn't completely recorded, as did others. The downloadable stuff is available in the expo hall area: in the exhibitor booth for that person. As far as I know, anyway.

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately, these were handouts for one of the stop smoking presentations and I could not find a booth for him. Maybe it's just not available.
