Do you have a fan page? You should try creating a facebook page, and then sprucing it up...and have an email capture thingy on there, and offer a free gift of some sort for signing up to a newsletter.

Yes I have a fan page...its pretty boring though. I've seen some that have all of their own graphics. Mine is just standard facebook blue and white.

Well spruce it up then! :D  There are some good guines online on how to do this.  If I come across something I'll let you know.

I see you have a website Dan. You could invite your website visitors to join you on Facebook. Also encourage your patients to join you on Facebook. Perhaps you could entice them by saying that you will occasionally post details of special offers?

Dan do you have your FBML tab set to a welcome page?  Also do you have a like box or button on your site?  Are you using any email marketing you can incorporate?  If not I can assist you with these areas if you like

Dan if you haven't setup a FBML tab do one ASAP.  They are getting rid of FBML tabs really soon.  The people who already have FBML tabs don't need to worry, they will still have theirs though.

 

Also if you need a good email marketing program check out www.mailchimp.com  Its free for up to 2,000 subscribers, with 12,000 emails sent a month.

that's right Antonio I forgot the big date March 11, I don't think it will be to much of a worry since they are moving to iframes, good for ecommerce, better tracking, just have to know some CSS....don't you think?

Yeah it may be better.  Either way, it'll probably be wise to setup an FBML tab just in case.  It can always be taken down later.

Do you have a Facebook business page or only a Personal Profile page - there is a big difference.
