Dream Enchancers :
I've found that by eating about a tablespoon of Organic Peanut Butter, within 30 minutes of going to sleep, has helped me relaxed, and I've been able to remember my dreams more readilly.

~ What Dr. Carl Gustaf Jung said about dreams & the dreamer ...

C. G. Jung was much more than just a Psychoanalyst, he was a true scholar. He traveled all over the world, and studied cultures of many regions. Among some of these cultures, two stood out, as having made the biggest impressions on him. One of these that made a large impression on myself is the Navahoe, of eastern Arizona.

They believe that there are two different types of dreams. The majority of dreams one can have are personal in nature. The other type involve a message from " Spirit", which can be for the beneifit of the community, as well as being shamanic. This is where the dream is recaived in the form of a metaphor.
Exercise plays a key part in continuing to help one attain other realms.
That is amazing..I will have to try this sounds great!
The most helpful thing about remembering a dream , is to keep a dream journal , and have it VERY close to your bed . A key point to journaling is that even if you do not think that you can remember much of the dream, once you start to write about it parts of your brain will start to light up and aid in the memory process ( propably much more than you may think initially)
I trust that this information when applied will be beneficial.
~ P.s. Remeber that if you have a dream at night and awaken, don't get up to turn on a bright light. Keep a lighted pen at hand , so you won't waken too much , so you can go back to sleep more readily.

Steve, have you studied or practiced lucid dreaming? It's something that's interested me for years but I always put it off.
Hi Steve!
I just saw your message about eating organic peanut butter before going to sleep and you are on target with that. If a person's blood sugar levels drop during the night it is important to eat protein before going to bed.

Here's a tip for everyone (Jackie, you already know this one) ~ Hold your left hand up, palm facing you. Now check to see if the index finger is equal to or taller than the ring finger. If it is, it is quite possible that your blood sugars are dropping in the night. This goes for children too, so if they are waking up in the middle of the night have them also eat protein before going to bed. Sweet dreams! zzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
