The Darkside of Guided Imagery = Television

        HUMAN  VIBRATIONAL  INTERACTION  AND  THE  DESTRUCTIVE  POTENTIAL  OF  T.V.

  1 .  The  Congregational  Imperative

           It  is  evident  from  examining  the  entire  spectrum  of  explanations  of  Human  Nature  ---  from  the  strictly  mortal,  non-theistic  veiw  of  one  extreme,  to  the  converse  proposition  of  a  universe  replete  with  immortal  souls,  from  the  most  materialistic  scientific  theories  to  the  most  ethereal  metaphysical  assertions --- that  the  pre-eminent  factor  of  our  existence  is  that  we  are  vibrationally  interactive  entities.

          Setting  aside  considerations  of  origin,  and  basing  our  understandings  of  human  nature  solely  on  experience  ---  even  limiting  ourselves  to  the  range  of  commonly  acknowledged  experience,  we  come  directly  to  the  realization  that  the  basic  feeling  which  underlies  the  whole  of  our  exsistence  is  one  of  interdependency,  a  sense  of  connectedness  --- the  often  ignored,  frequently  obscured,  variously  interpreted,  but  irreducible  sense  of  sharing  the  experience  of  an  indefinite  continuity  of  transformation.

          The  word  we  use  for  this  sense  of  UNITY  ---  which  we  use  to  identify  ourselves  as  a  singular  entity  in  the  cosmic  scheme  of  things,  is  HUMANITY .

          The  most  profound, vibrant, and  vital of  our  everyday experiences, those measures of timewhich we are conscious of beauty,  love,  rejection, or hatred - - - the  moments of joy, the scerene feeling  which comes with compassionate action, the reflex of consciousness, the presept of justice, are all  the direct product of our interdependent nature.

          When we identify particular actions, or characterize a person's conduct, as being high-minded, truthful, or loving ( or use any other terms which connote goodness of being ) , what we are reffering to, fundamentally, are manifestations of individual consciousness attaining to fullfillment-ofbeing - - - i.e. , Humanity obeying The Congregational Imperative ( which is : the natural impluse to acheive harmonization of consciousness - - - to experience consummate vibrational interaction).
