I use a Logitech headset and microphone, then use Wavepad to remove any imperfections on the recording (for example, my son's voice "moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooommy" coming from his bedroom.

 

You can also add effects, background music, etc.

Hello Janet--
Might be as simple as using an external microphone
Meanwhile forget the CD and use a post hypnotic cue to allow client to move into a self-hypnotic state and imagine/remember what gives him pleasure and satisfaction which will release natural pain-killers

Hi everyone I am presently working with a client who has post polio syndrom. He has had chronic pain for the last 10yrs. He is now 60.So far I have done 2 sessions and I am really frustrated because I am unable to make satisfactory cd's.
With my laptop equipment my voice sounds awful. I need to know what equipment I need so that my hard work will be sucessful. I will be glad of any advice. Thanks for having me in this group

Hi Micheal,
I am in pain, since I was involved a car accident this afternoon, and I cannot use my hypnotic tools at this moment, I feel so exhausted and can't concentrate, any advice on that?

By the way I was already healed from a major accident back in 1999, this time thanks god, it wasn't so bad, just few bruises and sore muscles, but I am fighting a fear from past pain memory, I mean It is back in my mind and I am doing everything I can to escape it, so I don't bring back the memory, Believe me, this is something I do not wish to bring.. I know I have healed, so I need to keep me in that healing-mind state... your professional suggestion is needed.

I sent them to my press contacts and now I am definitely getting two articles (including pictures) and possibly a video in the multimedia page of a newspapers website. Im not saying this to impress anybody but to impress upon you how easy it is to get lots of free publicity and advertizing.

All you need to do is:
1. Download the free press release and edit with your information
2. Go to your local newspaper, TV, and radio websites
3. Go to the contact page and email the press release to as many people as you can find.
4. Reap the rewards of free advertizing and publicity.

Be known this year as the local expert! Take advantage of the free press releases and get your mayoral proclamation. It is so easy!

Thanks for the book recommendations, Michael. I don't have either of these - yet! As I am packing up my library for the move I realize what a book junkie I really am!!! But there is always room for more, right?!
