I have magnets on my vehicle and my daughters (yes she "allowed" me to advertise on her car). I have had 2 calls from her car and 3 calls from mine. 2 resulted in clients.

It's a moving billboard. I work at a local hospital and just having my vehicle parked in the lot everyday is great publicity.

So give it a try. They are very inexpensive.

Hello,

I have a laser-cut sticker in white (on a dark blue car) stating my business name, ph number and web address on the back of my car. The lettering is large enough to read easily from a few meters away. (Here in Australia) it was really inexpensive (AU$40.00) and has led to a number of clients.

It's a great marketing tool - I also make sure that I park on the busiest road close to my home to gain exposure to passing local traffic.

Kind Regards,
Kerrie
I've been thinking of doing a car wrap - like they do on the buses locally. In the past, I've had large door magnets (for another business) and not only have I gotten calls but had people waiting next to the car for me to come out of the store so they could talk to me.

Right now, my car is rather old and paint chipped so I am waiting until I get a newer vehicle before I invest again.

Has anyone wrapped their car?
I know this post is old, but I hope there are still readers. I would like to know what all you have put on your magents- i.e. just your business name and phone number, web address? Do any of you include a tagline or graphics/logo?

thanks! I think this is a great idea.

Laura
I am also interested in knowing what type of information people are putting on their Car magnet? Sounds like a great way to get inexpensive advertising. Thanks!!

George
Hi Kerrie .....

old post now I know, so you may not get this, but .... where in our fair country did you get the sticker from, if I may so bold as to ask?

Best regards,
Dan
