With your recent high media profile (well in the West Midlands)  I am surprised that they weren't straight on the phone to you H...  :-) obviously their serious oversight!! LOL!

There is an 'ogg in the article: Uncle Mike: the god of all that is nutrition and fitness.

He's also someone who will speak in the same language as his audience, whoever and whatever they may be.

His message is more important than egos. He's a rare and wonderful person!
