Hypnosis and Eating Disorders

Has anyone successfully used hypnosis with eating disordered clients? I have been told that anorexics especially would be difficult to hypnotize because of their control issues. I have explained a good pre-talk should dispel any fears they have, but have still been told they would not follow instructions; has anyone been successful, and if so, what techniques did you use? Thanks.
