Hi Richard,

They want to know the what size stage how many chairs and what kind of sound system you need.  Make sure you tell them you need a wireless mic folding chairs and a small table with too bottles of water.  You can just put it in writing like, 1.) 15 X 10 foot stage 2.) PA system with a wireless mic 3.) small prop table .... If your video taping make sure you tell them lots of light on stage.

ahh understood, this is all on my contract already as well as "Green Room" and refreshments

Yes however you need a tech rider... Just because it is on the contract does not mean squat.... The University does not want your contract waved around by the tech department so that they can see how much you are paid or what your corporate ID or social is.

 

A tech rider they can print out and give to their people to handle setup...
