What size t-shirts do you order for you giveaways?

Hi James!

 

I'm not sure you need the 20XXXL, maybe 2 or 3.  Take the remainder and buy mediums and maybe 2 or 3 smalls, for the girls that like tight T's.

 

And that's my 2 cents worth!

If they're the same, dollar for dollar, get the black ones because people like those better.  If the white ones are lower in price, then get those.  It's a giveaway item, so try to keep your costs LOW.  :)

Hi James, I would quess that if you purchase 100 T shirts with a logo they would cost perhaps $500.00 or more. Rather than give them away have you thought of selling them at your show while the audence is still excited about your show? Don Rice

Hi James,

The rule of thumb is 2-4-4-2 per dozen. 2 small, 4 medium, 4 large, 2 xl. You might want to buy some xxl, but you won't need many xxxl.

I agree with Brett go with the Black, if the cost is the same.

Hi Don, I've thought of selling them but the last time I bought them I would up giving them away.  But I might sell them on my web site.  I do sell copies of show and at they sell well after its over.  Something to think about thou.

Thanks Clyde I do like the look of a black t-shirt. I'm thinking that  40 large is the smallest size to start with then 30 LX and 10 XXL.. Last time I did a fair most of the people were XL or bigger and but now I might split the 40 large into 20 medium and 20 large.

The last time I bought t-shirts was 1998. I had by web site and phone number on the back. Two months later the phone company changed the area code and I wound up by my domain.  Everyone in my family wanted one and I would up giving them away.   Thank you everyone for your input.

XXL OR XXXL?  You have some very large people at your shows.  I say go with M, L, and XL.  I'm not sure that having XXXL size people wearing your shirts around is great advertising.  Let them hand them off to their 8 year olds that are only wearing the XL's.
