Give the rest of us an idea as to what your party entailed. Such as the structure, how many people, did you charge? Whatever clarifying information you can think of.

OK I really like this idea and would love to host some "parties". What advice could you give me and anyone else along with the questions that Shirley put forth in regards to advertising, things to watch out for, techniques that work the best, etc.
Do you regress them as a large group or individually? I'm thinking you mean as a big group but just want to make sure rather then assume.
Sheila,

What do you mean by a "Karmic Set-Up"

What are the four or five options you give them if you don't mind sharing.
Hi, Bonnie! The kind of Past-Life Regression I do is based on learning something from the experience you can use in the NOW, rather than just doing a PLR for 'entertainment.' By being specific about what you learn, the Explorer's are easily able to go back to a 'memory', even if they've never done Hypnosis before. The client's belief in Karma is paramount to a positive experience to them. That being said, in the theory of PLR, every lesson we learn today it to balance Karma. All things, blessings and obstacles, come to us for growth in the Karma paradigm. So every thing we face is a 'Karmic Set-Up for us to grow.' (There's more to it than that, but it's the short version.)

The options are Karmic Set-Up: For why you were attracted to the friends at the party; for your relationship; for your career. To uncover a hidden talent or ability; and Regress to the Time of your Greatest Spiritual Teacher.
Hi Bonnie,

Yes, I do Reiki on all the individuals.
One of my key target audiences involves the Sweet-16 market. This is a very under-served demographic and they love things "unusual," so I offer a stage hypnosis show (much like a classic program, but, in smaller groups, do individual demonstrations and skits), a "Perception, Power and Persuasion" show which features some hypnotic material and some of the mentalism routines I do as well as doing a variation on Docc Hilford's "Cinderella Party," which is essentially a "psychic" Question & Answer act where I "read" answers to written questions without ever opening them.

The structure changes, dependent on the party and fees range from about $400 up to, well... a lot higher, again, there are a lot of variables involved (travel, hotel, audience size, location, etc.).

With regards to fees, it is a good idea not to discuss fees with a client until after you have heard what else is happening at the event. Would you charge the same fee for a party at someone's middle class suburban home as you would for a party at Oprah's where U2 will also be playing?

Somehow, I think not.....

Just a word to the wise - do a full intake before discussing price. You will, in the long run, make a lot more money.

Hey, just wanted to share my first hypnosis party. I did a party for weight loss. Had seven ladies attend at one of their houses. It went better than I expected. I started with a lecture on how the mind works and possitive self talk. Then went into hypnotizing them. All went into hypnosis with five of them going to a very deep level. Spent the next 30 minutes with visualization and DS. Emerged and talked to them about their experience. Great feedback. Even had to emerge one lady again as she drifted back into hypnosis. Let them know that I would give the host for additional parties a free pass if they hosted from this party. Have a couple more appointments for parties.
