Good morning everyone,

I am looking at updating a few things about my little show, and thought I would share with the group. What is your most effective induction method?
How does YOUR method of rapid induction method work?
And your favorate skit you have ever seen or done?

Here is the induction from my show two nights ago . . . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mzK-w9jLeQ . . . I've used it or a variant for a whole lot of shows . . . at other times, I do something else . . . bear in mind, it is NOT the induction that is most important but whether or not you've laid your groundwork.

All the best,
Brian

The Induction that works for the show, trancing them, getting responsivness and creating a powerful event, and what works for you are all factors in your question.
I love skits that mkae me laugh, so many of them do.

I used to do a very theatrical, and dramatic Progressive Relaxation Inductions. Audiences loved it. I have even done two person versions, here's one with Richard Nongard and I in Vegas. ;-D

I eventually switched to Speed-Trancing everyone. What amazed me, was the 1st full stage show where I Speed-Tranced everyone, I would up with 8 collatterally Hypnotized people out of the audience!!!! Hope you enjoy the clips!

Thanks guys! This is exactly the sort of info I hoped to get from joining HypnoThoughts. When I started doing stage shows I used a three step - deep breaths, full body relaxation & then counting from 7 down to one as they visualized descending a stair case. One night I got distracted and accidentally combined the body relaxation with the steps. It cut a couple minutes off the induction and worked better! So that's what I've done ever since.
