Ride Your Bike 100 Miles with Me – Really!

Hi Hypno-Friends,

Spring is in the air! So, I just had to share this with you. Last year a buddy of mine, Guillermo (Memo) and I made the commitment to do a “century ride” which is a 100 mile bicycle ride. And, I’m inviting you to do the same… This year!

We made the commitment because we knew that if we made that commitment and announced it publically, then we would be more motivated to regularly ride our bikes, and get into much better shape. (A fit hypnotist is a happier, healthier and wealthier hypnotist!)

Well, we did it. We entered and completed the 100+ mile bike ride from Irvine, California down to San Diego, California. Actually, we went over 100 miles because of a wrong turn, and ended up doing 109 miles! Wow!!! :-)

I’m so glad that we made that commitment and completed that amazing ride. It took a lot of commitment and follow-through, but it was well worth it.

If you go to www.CalBanyan.com you will see a photo of Memo and me right after completing the ride, and there is also a link where you can find out more about this upcoming 100 mile ride called the Amtrak Century Ride.

Well, we have just committed to doing it again. AND, I'm wondering if there are any hypnotists (or other friends) out there that want to take on the challenge. There is plenty of time to get on your bike and start getting in shape. It is time to use your hypnosis and hypnotherapy techniques on yourself and take your fitness to the next level! Next year, you can be in the photo (cigar optional). :-)

Come on and join me in the commitment to go the distance (or whatever distance you commit to completing, i.e., the first 20, 30 or even 50 miles). It will be a great motivator to help you get on that bike of yours and get into shape for the ride. You will look and feel great this summer!

If you are ready to make the commitment to do the ride with Memo and me (or even just thinking about it, want more information etc), then let us know. It will be fun!

PS - If you are not in Southern California and you just can’t come out here to do this ride, it would be almost as cool if you could find a century ride near you that you can commit to doing this year. Or, perhaps you can just do your own ride on the same day where you live.

PPS If you are going to the NGH convention we can do a practice ride together there. What do you think?
