About the Speakers
Linda L. Fletcher, LTC, ANC (RET). Linda recently retired from her many roles in the Army Nurse Corps and is living in Michigan. She has been very busy searching out systems for helping the veterans who have returned from war and contacted us almost a year ago. She has been to Washington, DC making contacts with old colleagues who are now in influential positions. She has taken up the cause of trying to apply the principles of Edward Tick’s book, War and the Soul through hypnosis. She was a leader in the Army and now brings her drive and sense of mission to the VVHP.
Roxanne Louise Wackenhuth, CH. Roxanne Louise has been a hypnotherapist since 1989 and
is a regular faculty member of most national hypnosis conventions since 1992.
She received the 2008 “Most Unique Contribution Award” and the 2003 “Outstanding Transpersonal Contribution Award”
from the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. She received recognition as Lifetime Member from
the International Association of Counselors and Therapists in 2007, and the “Harry Arons Award for Total Dedication”
in 2005 from the Association to Advance Ethical Hypnosis. She won the 1996 “Woman of the Year Award” from the
International Hypnosis Hall of Fame, and was nominated twice to IHHF’s prestigious “Sealah Award”. She has written several
books on hypnosis, Reiki, dowsing and self-help, was featured in a full page article in the NY Times. She lives in Nellysford, Virginia.
Mary von Posch, BS, CH, CI
Mary von Posch is a Consulting Hypnotist, and a Certified Instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists. In addition she is a Nursing Hypnosis Educator for American School of Clinical Hypnosis International and Hypnosis Center of Virginia. Hypnosis Center of Virginia is an approval IMDHA school.
She holds a BS Degree in Organizational Management, and additional hypnosis certifications in Painless Childbirth from Omni Hypnosis Center, Pain Management and Weight Loss from Healthy Visions Wellness Center, and Hypno-Analysis. She is a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Memberships: National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), and National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (NFNLP).

Pam Simmons, BS, CH, CI
Pam Simmons is a Consulting Hypnotist, and a Certified Instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists. In addition she is also a Nursing Hypnosis Educator through American School of Clinical Hypnosis International and Hypnosis Trainer for Hypnosis Center of Virginia. Hypnosis Center of Virginia is an approved MDHA school.
She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Parapsychic Sciences and has advanced hypnosis training in Pain Management and Weight Loss, Hypno-Analysis and Stress Management.
She is a currently a member of The National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).
Kate Hudgins, Ph.D
Kate Hudgins, Ph.D., TEP is a psycho-spiritual practitioner with a Ph.D in clinical psychology who is a Trainer, Educator, & Practitioner in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy. She is an internationally known trainer and motivational speaker, drawing on her own history of PTSD, as well as her training in both western and eastern traditions of shamanism and energy medicine. She has published 5 books and 19 peer reviewed articles on PTSD and has received both the Scholar's Award (2009) and the Innovator's Award (2001) from the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama.
