Permalink Reply by Keithanthony on June 13, 2011 at 8:51pm I used to really hate the sound of my own recorded voice however after listening to people praising my shows, and listening to them myself I began to realise I was my own worst critic and started to enjoy listening to myself. I also started at that point to create hypnosis MP3's just for me and I find listening to myself deliver my own suggestions has a profound impact. Give it a try.

Permalink Reply by Adam Kilgore on June 14, 2011 at 6:48pm I'm a comedian and I interview touring comedians all the time. I've seen some great entertaining speakers. Here's a few...
Heywood Banks, John Morgan - Incredible, undying energy
Mike Baldwin - Watch his ability to seamlessly segue in huge gaps of topic, which may help those studying the Milton model. Helped me!
Lisa Landry - This woman can hold an audience better than almost anyone I've seen. Check out how she allows her natural childish self come out. She's incredible, both on stage and as a friend - and just as strange.
Ricky Kalmon - Really an infectiously genuine and energetic demeanor. And he's a hypnotist.
Ian Bagg - Everything seems improved, even when you've seen him 30 times. He makes everything new for every audience.
John Heffron - Hilarious, energetic, fun, child-like, in the moment, and not to mention NLP practitioner. This guy was the first person to overtly use a confusion technique on me, and helped guide me toward some nice NLP resources. Winner of Last Comic Standing, this guy should at least be made known here.
Christopher Titus - I can not say enough about this man. He is jaded by craziness and emotion on stage, but he actually helped me through some tough times with just a little bit of talking off stage and in my studio. This guy can keep audiences rolling in the aisles for 4 hours on end (I've been there through it, and another time for 2 and a half). In case you don't know, a headliner in a comedy club is paid for about 45 minutes to an hour. He tends to just keep going. Check out "Norman Rockwell is Bleeding", then "Love is Evol." Notice the change in how he grabs onto the audiences' attentions in both. Notice how he holds the audiences' attentions in both. He grows and hones his craft constantly. He's got one coming called "Neverlution." I've seen it, and I've got to say that he's still learning!
These are just a few. I will gladly share more about any comedian I can.
Cheers!
