Hi Steve here in OZ the indigeonus people ( read my home page ) live there lives recognizing their ancestors spirits as being around them all the time till they "come back" example One Elder Sister said her mother(fussy over protective)was coming back as her granddaughter ,,,sure enough when the baby was only 2 yrs old and Sister got sick she fussed around her covering her with blankets putting a stool for her feet pulling a chair to the sink to get her a drink of water refusing help,,,,, it was just incredible to watch .I agree we can learn such a lot from those " still connected " If the first OZ people have what we would call a religeon its Dream Time ,,, I am whaledreaming ,,,,seems their not the only ones eh! love & light

I just thought I would just like to add to the comments, which I appreciate tremendiously. I believe that for me, I have been able to enhance my intuition by studying guided imagery. I have also been blessed to work with "Dreamers", and we have discovered that through dreams we can tap into the other side. The African Dreamers have conveided to me that they have lengthy conversations with their ancestors, these dreamers are from Liberia, and are very traditional in their approach to their spiritual practices in concerns with this. I just felt obligated to put this little note.

I grew up with my parents using the Edgar Cayce little black book as their reference for healing my father a hypoist bought it of him in person. I was a member of the A.R.E for many years so have a number of books that I can refer to,as a lay person I have studied Orthomelecular Medcine for years and its incredible how the two things blend in treating the mind /body/spirit

I was really upset to hear of your experience because I know how frightening it can be to open up with out the knowledge of TH E LAW of the LIGHT.
Your experience is the reason the reason I opened my own group to warn about the dangers of using Hypnotism to ‘’bring on ”psychic powers.
Please tell me why personally want to do this ‘‘Bring on ”psychic powers?
Be quite honest with me I realize TV programs and Movies have made these
abilities the flavor of the month.
Please let me know the exact wording of your hypnosis tapes this is very important.
Have you had experience in meditation, yoga, charka balancing, are you playing music that works on opening up the charkas. Doing all this alters the brain waves and it can cause all the problems your having and more.
I have tuned into your energy field and its all over the place, mentally your like some one whose had one driving lesson and gets behind the wheel of a grand –prix racing car What you are experiencing is astral traveling and there is no harm in that as long as you follow the rules
I will take you back to square one you have to be grounded.
FIRST WE HAVE TO GET YOUR FIELD RIGHT
1. You have to close your self down you are in charge of your own energy field and its electric you have plugged a 5 amp fuse into a 15amp plug so we have to pull out the plug
We do this by repeating mantras /prayers call them whatever YOU like you are talking to your own field.
Say 3 times at 3 hourly intervals if possible but don’t worry if its not exactly 3 hrs just make sure you do it during the day at least 3 times and especially before you go to sleep.

. I Emily, am fully aware that I am in charge of my own will, therefore I will close down my crown charka and ask that any negative thoughts or deeds that have projected from me be returned to their source of peace love and harmony.
Picture a WHITE light inside your head (not outside) slowly falling and as it travels it changes color
To you neck it changes to BLUE,
Thymus (breast bone) AQUA MARINE
, Heart GREEN,
Solar plexus SUNSHINE YELLOW,
Stomach ORANGE
, Base the tailbone genitalia area RED

As this travel’s down the legs it changes to an okra brown I want you to picture your legs as tree trunks as it reaches your feet the roots of the tree start growing out of your feet into mother earth you can put them as deep as you want to the center even.
Then say I fill and surround myself with the white light and rainbow colors of love and protection and close all my spiritual centers according to (Gods) my will.

There are so many different explainations of the meta -phyical world and coming from a scientist you have got it !!! your spot on ,,,My version is on the same lines I see all humans as being in a huge sphere of light it goes about 10 ft above the head ,,,,and the same below 5ft either side consisting of milions of little double hilixes of light at a sub-otomic level., a spiders web like consistency it has dark holes in it if there has been any trauma ,abuse ,accidents etc I believe this electro-magnetic energy field is our spirit /soul it has all the information of all we have every been or will be the material body is almost like the dew on a spiders web this melts away when we die but the (web)sphere remains and its just out their in different places in the universe ( my house has many mansions ) We can access our past lives from our own field and down load our gifts from them if we want I have proven this to myself and others just to have fun ,,,,also we can absorb the energy field of others in the material world ,,,,,,Step back your in my space !! ,,,have you ever felt like saying that ? and from the spirit world we can bring entities in to our field ,,,,,some good and beautiful ,,,,,,some not !

I'm new to the hypnothoughts.com scene. Quantum Field is one of my favorite subjects. The more I learn and understand, I realize that I have so much to learn. It's like we just discovered the universe all over again but the picture keeps unfolding and unolding. One Quantum Physics pioneer described what is coming to light this way: If you are not deeply disturbed (his word) by this (the unfolding revelation of the quantum field), you still haven't grasped what is really happening here'.
Edgar Cayce is equally facinating and I'd love to connect more with his work to increase my own level of understanding and abilities.
So, I'll enjoy this.

Have you been using hypnosis to contact the other side ?had any experiences with voices coming out of subjects that arent theirs? how do you react ?

Thank you Robert,,,YES !, E.C. said thoughts make action one of his reading says that human where thought into being,,,,, I havent studied or qualified in physics yet I totally understand the universe when I am in it I watched the hawkins & ,,,,,,,,,,,? debate and found my self saying your wrong new energy is being made in the black holes and the frequency of human DNA came from there ??? phychic stuff I get all the time w,,will I find out in my life time if I am right who knows ?,,i was drawing the human cell with the mitrecondria years before it was discovered I have more info on it the cell,,,,, If you study the human cell and natures minutes particles you will understand the universe..I find the use of sound is one of the easiest ways to tune in as the whole universe is in constant vibration of sound frequencies and of course light and sound are the same Phychic abilities are quite easy to achieve these days specially with hypnotism as a tool and its becoming the flavour of the month my concern is that one should know the difference between that and mediumship are these the distractions you spoke of ?accessing past life is safer by far there is connection with our dna and them interesting !!!! more on that some other time ,,,,,,,,,many years ago I was sent on a trip it lasted 18 days at the end of it I was told from the universe,,, Sound is the soup spoon that turns energy into matter ,,,,,I had asked for things to be explained simple language I could understand ,,,,,,ha ha i am qualified Chef ,,, food for thought
