So many precious moments in the day are lost: the time spent in a waiting room, riding the bus, watching your computer reboot, watching television advertising (well, even watching TV at all, but that's another discussion!), etc.
What little suggestions do you give to your clients to help them use these precious lost moments?
One that occurred to me (and I started doing it) was to use television ads as a time to do front and side planks. A 1 minute plank tires me out, so the 20 minutes or so between ads works well.

These are the perfect moments to drift off, breathe yourself away to the lovely rest and digest state. It's even better if those TV commercials are timed with your ultradian cycle! There's something to be greatly valued about letting go and giving yourself permission to just "be", and not have to "do"...
Experiencing these type of mini-breaks throughout the day is even more beneficial than taking an hour of meditation once a day!
