Rules

1) Use the RANDOM patterns that are found HERE. By using random patterns we are forced to try new things and not be stuck in the same old routines. Remember "insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result"
2) No obscene language
3) Be patient. If people are engaged in using these hypnotic language patterns with each other please DO NOT bug them or talk about stuff that is not related to the chat or what they are talking about.
4) Co-operate with other people. You may find it quite interesting to use these language patterns with other people in the chat. In other words, one person types a passage then you type a passage and then another person types a passage, etc. I'll try to copy and past most of the language pattern passages into a reply below this chat
5) Have fun, knowing that you ARE learning how to use these language patterns

So this is from our first chat...enjoy :) The first couple paragraphs were a collaboration effort of me and Michael Grady

You might read these phrases and go into trance or you may just sit and enjoy yourself. Now Grant, you may not know how focused on these words you are or maybe you do know how your focus continues to increases...so as your sitting there, looking at these words, and letting yourself be open to these directions you now allow yourself to drift down, but dont close your eyes yet..

Grant...you're interested about hypnosis...you want to learn about conversational hypnosis...and you're becoming even more aware of how conversational hypnosis works by reading these words...you might notice the feelings in your eyes as you are reading these words...you may not know if your eyes are going to close now...or in a few moments...How would it feel if your eyes were to close now? You probably already know how it would feel, don't you? You may not know you are in a trance just yet...A person could, Grant, easliy slip into a deep trance once they close their eyes

You may remember the deepest you've gone into trance right now...so you can call up that feeling...It's easy to, is it not? Can you really enjoy just letting your attention focusing in to intensely that this is all you think about and experience...and even though you may not consciously remember everything that's being said, your subconscious picks up every word we write to you as if you just allowed yourself to go into trance even with your eyes open

Grant its easy to become focused on these words, is it not? Maybe you haven't become aware that your breathing is slowing down, yet...Sooner or later you will become aware that your breathing has already begun to slow down...You can trust your unconscious will allow your eyes to become heavy, because your unconscious now wants you to go into a trance just by reading these words...You might have already begun to go into a trance...you may allow these words to take you off into a trance...

You can try to resist going into a trance...I want you to ask yourself "Will I go into a trance now...or in a couple of moments when my breathing slows down even more"...because Sooner or later you will find yourself drifting off even more

You probably already know... how easy it is to just float into a trance. Sometimes. . . people shut their eyes when they go into a trance... other times people just relax their whole body and float off as if in a day dream. What happens when you keep your eyes open? What happens when you just read all my words. Do you drift into a trance? Try to resist the sensation that your body is becoming so relaxed that it just won't move

Some people find that reading relax's them and helps them let go. One could say that reading is a form of trance because it helps to relax the mind and body. you could relax as you read these words over in your mind relaxing you completely. My father once told me "we make our own reality in our minds." He said "When you relax you become more focused on what you are doing."

You might notice how feelings of relaxation seem to flow into or body with each breath lulling you down into your own mind. Sometimes when we relax we lose focus on what we are doing and have to start again. One might say that relaxation can fill our minds like a fog pulling us in, pulling us down into our selfs.
