Not much seems available hypnotically for Arabic speakers, outside of their home lands. I cold not find your email address on your website, so I hope he will just telephone you.

Hello,

I am looking for a referral. I was contacted by a gent in the SF East Bay who speaks only Arabic. He's got social phobia and wonders if hypnotherapy can help him. He seems a very nice man, but my Arabic is too limited to use in sessions. Do you know any local hypnotherapists who speak Arabic? I said I'd reach out for him. Thanks for thinking of this!

He everyone,

As a member of BNI (Business Networking International), I know that to get referrals, first you have to be visible, then you have to be trusted... and that only comes through knowledge and making sure your principles and the one you are sending a referral to match up.  At a distance that's hard to do. 

I have a client in another state participating in my Mental Gastric Band weight loss program.  We do the weekly sessions via SKYPE.  I like the visibility because much is conveyed by facial expression, body language etc. and it is a really simple setup.

Why not use Skype to "pre-validate" a hypnotist in the desired area before giving a referral.

Another idea is to be clear about directive/non-directive philosophy of the potential hypnotist. I make my position clear to my clients with my Belief system posted on the wall where they can read it from their recliner.  "Each of you have inside yourself all the answers for all of your issues as well as the power to BE, HAVE, & DO anything you want because at your core you are connected to infinite Source Energy. My role is to help you access that truth and connect with it."
