In my recent article of the same name, I start to explain that sweet spot of fusion between Yoga and Hypnosis. This first article is a sort of introduction, a little taste of the levels that can be reached when these powerful arts and sciences are combined.

I would love to hear all of your related thoughts and experiences, questions and ideas!

Namaskar :)

I think there's some great over lap between hypnosis and yoga. You had mentioned the Savasana (my favorite part :D) but there is also Yoga Nidra or sleep Yoga. I don't have a whole lot of experience in it but it seems to take Savasana three steps further as it tries to make one intimately conscious of their unconscious processes. It's quite fascinating.

I'm curious too if you have any experience with mantra and pranayama. I've done some intense pranayama in the past (I've fallen away from it for mantra instead) I don't know if you can classify it as hypnosis but I entered trance fairly quickly through this..

Anyway, this is a really interesting subject. I look forward to some great discussion :)
