How do I set the default to include my picture and website in outgoing email?

Hi Nicol,
Can you specify what email client you are using? There is generally a setting that allows you to create a "signature" which gets appended to every email. You should be aware that adding your picture will more than likely format it as an html based email and some people do not accept these formatted emails and some email clients will disable them by default (meaning some people will not see your picture).
This is not necessarily a problem, but something that you should be aware of. Some people I am sure will have a different opinion, but for email etiquette, I would suggest avoiding pictures in email unless it is important or necessary. It uses more bandwidth for both you and the person downloading the email, which effects speed. It can also make your email visually look ugly if it is designed in a way that requires the user to see the image (and they do not enable html based emails in their settings). This will result in only the text of your email being displayed to them and possibly jumbled up together, which could make you look unprofessional.

That being said, if you can provide what email client/program you are using for email, I am sure we can help you out.

John
That depends on what Email Service Provider you are using.

But, I would advise against sending out your photo. Just send plain text emails. Any extra graphics or html or photos can reduce your chances of the email being delivered due to spam filters.

Cheers,

Craig
Thanks John --yes the advice about the the setting in the task bar allowed the signature. The matter solved ASAP. Good advice about using pics too.
