William, you are making me blush :-)
Al, My grandmother who died was named Sarah-Deborah. I had another Grandmother who was alive named Sarah. My parents did not want to tell my grandmother who was alive that they wanted her dead so...my father looked in the bible and saw Seth and liked it. So I am Seth-Deborah
Thx Seth Deborah!
Where did you get that funky name?! I love that.
Hi Seth-Deborah,
This note is not only to Seth-Deborah, it is intended for anyone considering taking her class....or, using her talents as a Medical Hypnotherapist. Last year, this next month, I was told I had severe aortic stenosis and would have to undergo open heart surgery. I was stunned; I had never been in a hospital in my young 120 years. I had no symptoms whatsoever...no shortness of breath, no pain, no dizziness, etc. I work out 2 1/2 hours every single day, lifting weights and jogging. I told the Cardiac Surgeon that I was a big believer in prayer and self-hypnosis and would work on it myself. He almost laughed and said, "You can't change this. It is a mechanical issue, a birth defect. The next symptom you have will be sudden death and we will not be able to bring you back." I told him I would see him in two weeks. I, of course, prayed and did self hypnosis (I've cured many ailments through self hypnosis in the past). I returned to the Doctor and things had not improved; they told me I was critical and scheduled me for surgery. Open Heart!! You know, where they slice you open all the way and play "catch" with your heart for amusement. The first thing I did was to call my friend Seth-Deborah and ask for one of her appropriate CD's. It prepared the body for surgery and healing. I listened to it twice per day for the two weeks. When I went to the hospital for this surgery, I had a deep sense of calm about me...and was surprised I hadn't bolted from the car and fled. To make a long story not so long, the surgery was over 9 hours; I was in a medically induced coma for two days.....but, within four days of the surgery, I got up and walked out of the hospital. Within 10 days, I was walking over two miles. Within 4 weeks, I was back in the office, seeing clients. Within 10 weeks, I was back in the gym. The point to this story being that with the use of Seth-Deborah's CD, I felt as though my healing began before they even made the first cut!. I am stronger and healthier than I've been in 15 years. Point to Seth-Deborah's CD. The heart surgeon called me Superman during my first post-op check-up, but I knew where the healing came from.
It was from a conversation with Seth-Deborah that I joined NGH. She is superb in what she does and is very compassionate and supportive. I was sitting next to her during a Stage Hypnosis show two conventions ago. She was under trance and told to flirt with me. It was a hoot. If you do nothing else, take her class.
Wow Daryl. I wish they had told you! My husband went into heart failure and was having V-tach. I do offer my 2 day cert course via download. It has eight 90 minute sessions, eight follow along action guides that become a reference manual, and 11 video's. It comes to 15 hours of study.
I was so disappointed myself. I always enjoy the NGH convention. Great seminars, fun people, fun times.Maybe we will meet sometime in the future or I could go to Australia to teach my course.
Al,
You have the name correct :-)
Someday maybe you can go. It iS amazing. I will be teaching a one day Post-Convention on Medical Hypnosis Fundamentals this year. Had to cancel last year at the last moment as my husband was very sick.
It is a great area to specialize in.
Seth-Deborah
