Happy New Year to all from Perth Western Australia.

Hi all, i am new to the forum & a new hypnotherapist. I qualified this year with the Australian Institute of Professional Hypnotists. I intend to continue my studies doing the advanced cert. I am also studying councelling part-time.  I am going to work from home & am in the process of decorating & setting up the room.

Any advice from people who work from home would be greatley recieved.

Hi all
I just got my qualification through the ngh in july and putting as much time and effort as i can into setting up my business, i have to say I'm finding it hard at the moment to put as much hours as i'd like into it all as i've 2 kids under 3 and an older daughter too, I just love hypnosis and i'm just dying to get out there and help people(and some money coming in too would be enjoyable :)) I just could do with some time management skills and probably a confidence booster too! I was hoping to share an office with someone as only want part time practice but have had no luck finding an affordable yet... i keep affirming everything i need comes to me and everything i need to know is revealed to be and it helps to calm my mind and believe that i WILL get there!! any helpful ideas would be appreciated too, best of luck to everyone out there setting up, its such an exciting world out there with limitless possibilities x

Hello All,

I'm new here. I signed up an hour or so ago. I've been hypnotising people since my teens. (I had a blast in college raising hell through proxies.) I recently watched JR's course and learned a lot and was able to refine things I had been doing. I want to go pro now and open up (if only part time) my own Hypnotherapy practice. My concerns are: insurance and client base. I only have the cert from JR's course --- nothing else. Where do I begin? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. And any knowledge or insight that I have I'll certainly share with anyone who asks.

Hello all. Yesterday (sat) I finished course 1 with Dr John Butler's Institute. All I can say is wow. Six intensive days of great learning. Ten of us in the group and what a great group it was. I can wait for course 2 but not easily. I want to thank the group I studied with and Dr John Butler for lighting the fire in my mind.
But first I have my own inner self doubter to deal with, that git has held me back for to long. I look forward to my future as a hynopherapist and think this site will be vey useful.
