NLP, can it help with Blood Pressure?

Hi Scott,

Absolutely you can use NLP to help her lower her blood pressure, although I would favour hypnosis for this alone. More importantly though would be to ask the question what is the cause of the high blood pressure? Stress, poor nutrition, etc.... and work at cause rather than effect.

I developed a personal internal blood pressure slider using NLP or more precisely, DHE-like methodology.

To do this, I've frequently visited the local pharamcy with a blood pressure meter, and spent about a week calibrating my internal representation (the slider in my "control room") in "read-only" mode, without trying to affect it. Used light trance triggers to enhance.

Following that, I used the slider to change the blood pressure, together with Huna peripheral vision meditation (Hakalau) to lower it and a visualization of fire rising through my body to raise it. After a while of doing it, Hakalau and the fire were no longer necessary, the slider works sifficiently well when used alone.

I can now tell what my blood pressure is with a fair degree of accuracy ( +-5 ) without any meter, as well as control it at will to a significant degree.

Wonder if I could go on Randi with that :)
