I read your posting with great interest - I did my first Ultra Height session this past weekend - actually I did two of them.  My experience was well within the expectations I had from my training with Gerry Kein at the Omni Hypnosis Training Center and the Ultra Height videos. Both sessions were total successes with the clients feeling set free.  So I am wondering how your later case was resolved, were you able to find the source of his pain ? I have been very successful with regression to cause, but see the true value of Ultra Height and seek to hear from others of their successes and challenges.

Is there a difference (in state I mean) between ultra height and ultra depth by James Ramey?

What exactly happens in those stages?
Is it possible that what happens is that the mind (energy, soul, whatever you call the energetic being who we are) becomes loose (or more unattached) from the body?

In these higher stages, the powers of a human being are far greater than in the normal state.
So perhaps, you can compare it to a human who has lots of different functions in moving and seeing and so on.
This human being crawls into a sort of space suit (the body), and this makes him very less mobile. He can't use most of his skills, he is limited by the suit. If he takes off the suit, he can again have all his skills back.

The comparison is a bit off, I know, but maybe it'll do for the discussion.

IF that is true, then maybe it could influence the patters that take clients up there.
In this case, it would be something in the line of: "your mind separates more and more from your body. Your energy is freed from the shackles of the body you inhabit, more and more, in a completely safe way".

Or... not?   :-)

A. Yes there is a difference - In Ultra Height the client is still responsive to your suggestions and will converse with you, that is not true with Ultra Depth.  My wife has had an Ultra Depth session for its advanced healing potential, which is true.  She can return to either state on her own now and enjoys both.  There is a distinct difference between the two states both in her response and her description.
