I was with a group of friends (we were four) in a house. It was an incredible big house, on the expensive neighbourhood of my city. It was abandoned, and we went in illegally.

It was a "strange house". Sometimes lights were ok, and sometimes they switched off alone. And more paranormal phenomena that happened there.

Then, we were upstairs there were 2 rooms intercomunicated. Then, we heard simultaneously a door closing strongly and loudly downstairs, and then a man clearing his throat very loud while he was walking. It seemed that he had "good" shoes, and he seemed to walk very fast but firmly. Also, while he walked we heard things like ("Whoa..a.ash...") like if he was talking to himself. And then we jump from a 1st floor totally frightened.

That was in the afternoon. But after at night we went again with older people (young) to see if something happened again. And for our impression it was more stronger than the first time we were there. It was so impressive that we thought that it was a policeman or a security guard. But after we stayed in front of the house and nothing moved. I went in again and put on the floor a mobile phone and we recorded some sounds. It sounded like a little girl shouting.

The house was very strange and it was perfect but in a door there was a hole like a great impact of someone's head XD

What do you think that it could be? A ghost? Something paranormal? Have it happened to you the same thing?

Thank you for reading :P

First in order to be there, you should have permission. You can go to jail for trespassing so be careful.
I know of plenty of people who found and proved hoaxed hauntings, so you want to look for possible wiring, speakers, stuff like that. Try to find the cause. If it seems to always come from the hall way, set up in the hall and wait.
Paranormal investigating is very time consuming. Know where your team is at all times. Make sure nobody else wasn't in the hallway or in another room down the hall, which can be louder, when being quiet. Make sure nobody is / was drinking or smoking. Common sense reasons. Never go alone, always have a witness.

Always protect yourself with the white light. Ask higher guides to help keep you always protected.
Know when you are in over your head, and if so, ask a different experienced team to help. They will.

It takes a lot to try to prove a haunting. You will be able to debunk more than you think. Doors slamming can be wind, air shifts from fans or furnace. Write down as much as you can about the place, even where the vents are, windows and whether they are fully closed, or have cracks that would allow air to push through, etc.

Lights can easily go on and off if the wiring is old, or some lights will turn off when getting too hot, then they shut off and cool off and turn back on. I have one in my late dad's home that is fluorescent and it shuts off for no reason and then comes back on. We think it's just getting hot. I think it's very possible that the house has some ghostly activity because I have heard someone walking upstairs when I was the only one there. I took off running to catch them, but nobody was there. Makes you feel crazy, but it's real. Just try to debunk it, and what you have left, just may be paranormal.
I like the simple rule of thumb that Jill just gave you. Set out to debunk it, and what you have left could be paranormal.
I already know that I should have permisson, but we "needed" a house.

Those houses are new, and there was no furniture in the whole house, just upstairs there's a sofa and a desk (strange you know? XD). Every window were closed and all doors shouted.

There was NOBODY downstairs. All of us were upstairs smoking, and suddenly, the sound started and we stopped to hear if something more happened. And then there was a moment of silence, and just when we said, "Oh! It isn't happening anything" it started again but very aggresive.

That house was new, it hasn't got old wirings. There is no contact with the outside except on the upstairs windows, and the window downstairs, which we must open from the outside. It's a very creepy house, believe me. During the day anything happened (even me and another friend went "crazy" and we went into a closet where we heard strange noises but we didn't mind). The house is "new" but nobody is living there. It was perfect, except for the spirits.

Did you read the recording we did?
I read everything you wrote. I cannot give an answer here. I don't think anyone can give answers here without actually being there and witnessing things for themselves. That is the tough thing about this field. Too many possibilities.

I have never needed a house bad enough to break the law, so please be careful on that one.

However; It seems logical to me that if nobody is willing to buy this house, or did buy it to abandon it, that something funky is going on, yet, I have seen older homes built stronger than the newer ones in some cases.

I would find out who owns the home by looking up the address in court docs. Then try contacting them.
Perhaps you can go in there legally and spend some quality time trying to debunk everything. You may get more than you bargained for but worth a try.

Good Luck~
I'm sorry. I know that it's illegal. We didn't "need" the house. It was abandoned and we went in (kids things you know? XD)

Since that day we never went again.

Thank for your answers.
You are very welcome, just looking out for your best interest.
Keep on trying.... it will give you the best answers.

Blessings and good luck~

I recently had an experience with a ghost, in Topanga, California. I was attending a workshop at a house, that use to be occupied by a musician of the famed 60's rock band " Canned Heat ", he was known by the name "Bear".
We were told about this spirit before listening to some music , and then a while the music started there was some noise coming from upstairs, right above the gathering. At the time I just thought it was the homeowners son that I thought was home.
Later I asked her about her son, and she told me that he was visiting his father. This lead me to ask if she had heard the noise that night, and her response was that , yeah I told you about Bear, he's a happy spirit that was just enjoying the music.

The only other time that I have had an experience with a ghost was at the Park Plaza Hotel , in downtown L.A. I was on the 4th floor, by myself and had a cold chill race up my back, and ran out of the room. I went up stairs and told my co-workers about it, and one of the guy's who knew about some of the history of the building told us that a young woman had commited suicide just a few yards from where I had the sensations.

I can't say that I have ever seen a ghost, but I have felt them and I've heard them move around. That's it nothing too exciting or elaborate, but that's some of my experiences. There out there, and I try to be respectful of those spirits.
I trust you Steve. You had (more or less) the same experience I had. When I tell people my story, my skin becomes as chicken skin, and I usually have tiers falling down from my eye when reexperiencing the history.

It's very frightening, but I'm replanning to go back again to the house and this time, I'll go alone, with a video-camera and I will try to record something (I hope no demon take me away, cause god is with me and my family always)
