The excerpts in the book are clean for easy reading. Some of the statements used from actual sessions were colored with unprintable adjectives.
In my experience, some parts often speak almost like the conscious mind, while others can sometimes almost sound like a different person. For example, several years ago a Christian professional woman had a part that used trucker's language during parts therapy.
If you have a chance to do so, plan on attending one of my parts therapy workshops this year. My next one is in Singapore in early May, with another one in Florida also in May, before the IMDHA Convention. I have one in New Zealand in September, followed by another one in southern England either the 4th weeend of September or 1st weekend of October. I may have another one in the Chicago area in late October (TBA). Also, I will present a 3-hour presentation at the AHA Convention in Sydney in September.
Welcome to this group!
