I know that it's going to go great for you, Richard, and we look forward to hearing about it.

Recover in comfort,

James
Update. Went to doc yesterday, all is healing as it should. I cannot walk on it, but have taken NO pain meds and overall feel great. The recovery from this type of surgery (bone fusion) takes months and up to a year. They could not replace the joint becasue of the deterioration, but the arthritis pain is already gone, just some wierd surgery pains . Its cold so no shoes for three months, that will be wierd. I listened to Rogers Moores "Orange Blossom" a dew times post surgery. Its awesome.
Good to hear your surgery went well and congrats on the "med-free" recovery! Roger's Orange Blossom IS awesome...I listen to it daily and hear the refrain as I go about my life. It's here for anyone wanting a listen: http://www.hypnosishealthinfo.com/orangeblossom.html

Keep healing! Kelley

Have a great Christmas Richard. It's snowing here in dallas and if it's as cold there as it is here, You may want to look into a pair of electric socks to keep the foot warm. Call if you need me.

Glad you're doing well, Richard.

Take care,

James
