One Must take care of themselves FIRST!

We have all heard the expression, if you don't take care of yourself, your absoulutly useless to anyone! If you haven't please scroll to comments it's in there! So first and for-most Your Health matters first!

Dealing with People who have mental illness, can be draining for any compassionate professional... I have gone through it and alot of it still drains me! So before doing any sort of concelling or hypnotherapy, make sure that all your emotions and needs are met... Make sure your in a good mood to take on what might come your way! the more prepared you are emotionally for the types of responses you might get, the more apt you will be in handling it effectively...

For me I know that as hard as it is... I can't really help anyone, if I am not okay myself...
And sometimes learning to look after yourself first instead of someone else is the hardest part! A lesson we all need to learn, but a very difficult one to understand!

If we can help anyone with their clients by gaining even a little understanding I'll feel like I've accomplished something. Anyway we can help (hope Amanda doesn't mind me speaking for her) we will...

I myself and a good friend of mine Josh have both suffered with mental health issues, sometimes the best way to understand is from someone who has been there... We are both dedicated to promoting Mental Health especially with in the highschools, because we are so young... If there is anything you want to know please ask... as we would both love to help you understand anyway we can.....
