What is your preferred way to "raise" above the turbulence of the world?

I am thinking short, 1 to 5 min exercises or little rituals that allow you to "reframe" your present "mood" for example, when you find yourself getting angry in traffic, or late for a meeting?
I often use the "Emotional Detox" fro Michael Ellner and Alan Barsky's "Quantum Focusing".
-Hey, here is that word again: QUANTUM!- but that is for another discussion!-
But , sometimes, like at a red light, you don't have enough time to do it. I also use EFT, but same thing...you need your hands to tap!
I have one "short cut" I got from Randall but I would prefer let him explain and share...

PS, I always have special instrumental CD's that I keep in my car to keep me at peace when I am in traffic or on the road in general. I also find that if you consciously put a smile on your face it seems to naturally and subconsciously spread to the inside. Sounds awfully simple, but try it. It works for me:-)

I too, have used the above mentioned things to shift my mood and they work for me.

I have always looked for the short-cut to things. Faster, and easier. I find easier ways to cut through the familiar rituals.

As a result, I came up with something I named "Quantum Connecting". It's a way to connect with myself, to others, and to 'Source'. The more I practice it, the faster and better I get and I can shift the way I feel in stressful situations.

I teach it to my clients as well. I find over and over, in my practice of 20 yrs, that helping folks to reconnect is central to their healing process. In fact, I work with many folks in physical and emotional trauma and this process has had amazing results.
I would love to know what this is. Do you mind sharing more about this? Or, do you have it written up and I can buy it?
