the Free Hypnosis Social Network
Over the last six months or so, I have been utilizing EFT for not only myself, but my weight clients. If you aren't already familiar with this process, you can read all about it at www.eftuniverse.com, a free resource site with an amazing community.
The most common way I use EFT is to deal with cravings. I used to be a big in-between-meal snacker, grazing my way through the day. It didn't really matter if I was in a happy, sad or neutral mental state, something in me wanted to snack! And, of course, we notice that food is always available and ready to indulge us in that snacking...
Nowadays, if I do feel the craving for some inappropriate eating, I merely tap away the craving. It only takes a minute or two and I always feel refreshed and ready to go on with my day. It's been one of the ways I've been able to let go of 13 lbs of excess weight!
My weight loss clients report that EFT helps keep them on a healthy track and once they are familiar with the process they often address other issues on their own, too. Empowering!

Clients have worried about doing it at work. Yesterday a client said to me just running through the steps in my mind helped me. Its great for reducing pain levels too.
Congratulations on the 13lb.!!!!!! Wahoo

I guess I should tap on forgetting to tap on my cravings. It does work, as I have lost some weight with it, when I remember to tap.
Everyone should use it, as it is good for most everything we use hypnosis for, and it is faster. I do think hypnosis does deeper work, but not everyone needs deeper work, plus EFT is good to help clean up the edges of the deeper work done by hypnosis.
Great work on losing the 13 lbs.

Permalink Reply by Vana Papagianni on February 17, 2012 at 2:16pm I like the idea of EFT but I normally get bored when I'm watching lengthy videos of tapping and continuous talking and singing funny songs or happy birthday songs etc or when I am trying to read the EFT books, they put me to sleep....
So I bought Jonathan Chase Chinosis, which I thought was a bit simpler.
But I am still looking for quick EFT and found http://www.fastereft.com/ . I love his explanation and use of EFT (on youtube search for his video "427 How to tap the FasterEFT style").
I do appreciate simple explanations and not wordy confusion. I guess, I can get easily confused/bored :) So far I absolutely get what Robert Smith says and he makes it soooo easy !!
Check him out ! and please let me know if you've come across any other effortless/simple approaches.
