I don't have a script but I would have him relive a tie when he felt he was in the"zone" and was playing his very best.  Take him into the future where he needs to preform seeing himself playing his very best in that "zone".  You can anchor that feeling and have hi bring it forward to the present.

You are most welcome to contact me  for more details.  I did the lapband hypnosis sessions for weight loss  a year ago and have safely and sanely reduced my weight by 50 pounds and have gone from a size 22/24  to a comfortable size 16.....it is am awesome core tool for positive change..  My husband is certified  for the specific training " Virtual gastric Lapband"  which is Sheila Gangers program.  I am certain we can fill you in the blanks  for you...Sheils also has a group on here for you to join as well

Thank You Chris, and this is why I do not share script, we went to training so we understand how to use it and when to use it, and just a script it's not going to deliver the solution needed for the client, and everyone must remember every client is unique and need spacial attention.

My 2 cents.
