I did post scripts here without proper accreditation. I acknowledged this in a follow up post apologizing for my action.
However, as stated, I did not claim authorship of the scripts, "ostensibly", or in any other way.
I could make the case, that the scripts were meant to be shared, otherwise they would not have been put out in the public domain in the first place.
What is more important to me is the outrage expressed without the acknowledgment of my apology.
For my part, I am not interested in the sniping. I am not interested in the back and forth of claim versus counterclaim.
I do not have the inclination, I know I do not have the patience, and I certainly do not have the time.
Therefore, I withdraw from the forum.

I'm sorry that you feel that you have been treated unfairly in this group. I did not acknowledge your apology because I did not view you apology. I Called no one out on the accusation of posting without acknowledge the source, there fore I do not understand your accusation of sniping in this group. If you feel mistreated I can do nothing about your feelings, you are the owner of your feelings. If there is a foundation for those feelings I can try to correct those problems. As administrator of this group it is up to me to address problems as they come up. It was pointed out to me that people were posting scripts without giving credit to the author of those scripts, so I posted a statement asking members to be ethical in their behavior in this group. I would point out that by posting a script you are "ostensibly" taking credit for that script unless you stated otherwise.

If you want to withdraw from the group I ask if you would like to have the recent scripts that you posted purged from the site?

Of course, purge the scripts from the site. That is the proper thing to do
