As nobody seems to have a treatment for public speking here ;-) here some of my small change...

There are ressources in the net i.e.

Cheaper and - in my opinion quite effective:

the fast phobia cure!

It is used to "unhook" anchores (means conditioned reflexes) and give way to new behaviors.

There are also a lot of other technics as "Throwing an net of love and appreciation over Your audience", talking about You nervousness at the beginning, which earns a lot of sympathy and releases high expectations ....
