Carlos Castaneda - Shamanic Experience

If you watch the documentary you will find out what Im talking about. I cannot really explain it now with my poor english, so you better watch the video in plain english.

He wrote a book titled The Teachings of Don Juan, and a practical book with exercises about 'shamanic science', extracted from the main book the teachings of Don Juan.

It's a great history, there are people who beleive it, some people who don't, but it's like everything in life..

Something I wanted to share with is this.

I started doing this exercises and regularly practice them. They are really energizing and gives you a new YOU. Something interesting is that your breath SOUNDS in your chest, as if they were big balls of energy flowing inside yourself. Maybe you have another experience.
